Downloading Instructions

All of the forms are saved to the RYFC Google Drive account and can be downloaded in any standard format. Please follow the steps below.

Please note that editing or sharing access to the RYFC forms is not necessary.

Step 1: Click on any RYFC form on the Forms page. This will bring you to the specific form page in Google Drive

Step 2: If the menu bar is not displayed, click this

Step 3: Select "File" just below the form name

Step 4: Select "Download" and choose your file type
